All participant walkthru is prior to event on Saturday, TBA. Trail Race Course will be posted at the
Arena Saturday Morning. Entries will be accepted until event is filled. (One Entry Form per Rider/Mule/Donkey)

Horse & Mule/Donkey Open Entry: $100.00 Must be 18 years of age* to enter.
Space is limited.
Day Pass $5 (discounted admission to Expo, you must have an
admission ticket each day you attend the Expo in addition to your Entry Fee.)
Day Corral $40 - Day/Overnight corral: $50 or $65/weekend.
Bedding available $10/stall PLEASE PICK UP AREAS UPON DEPARTURE.
Animals coming in Tues or Wed must pay an additional $20/day per corral.
Camping is available on site. Call or email for information.

Your place in the competition will be confirmed when your registration form and full payment are received by our office. By signing this form, participant agrees to abide by all Event & Venue rules & regulations, and to hold harmless from any damages or injuries Ride The West and it's affiliates, BCHWa, FAB Ventures and Quarterhorse Ranch, Steve Edwards Mule Ranch and to accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by them or their horses. Animals must be sound, healthy and current on vaccinations. Confirmations with clinic details will be sent after we receive your registration & fees. Show management has the sole right to dispute & settle any and all issues arising from any consequences not discussed in this document, show contracts or forms, and the determination by Ride The West Horse & Ranch Expo wil be final and binding.
