Ride The West Horse & Ranch Expo May 22-23-24, 2009 Versatility Ranch Horse Competition 2009 Registration Form If you are interested in taking a clinic with Mitch & Jo Linn Hoover on Saturday or Sunday see our Ride With The Pros Forms. Clinic will last 2 hours and the cost is $75 per horse & rider. Auditing is no charge. Limit of 8 students per clinic. Contact Susan Rae for more info. Mitch and JoLinn Hoover each have over 35 years experience training and coaching in the horse industry, including everything from ranching and running cattle in some of the most treacherous Northwest terrain to championships in the performance arena--all from the back of the seasoned all-around horses produced through their own training programs. It’s this practical experience, combined with their dedication to helping and encouraging other rider’s that is the foundation cornerstone of their horse training and rider coaching programs. Please mail or fax this form, with check or credit card information to: (NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 5) *All minors MUST be accompanied by an adult participant. We love dogs, but please, not at the Facility. Your place in the class will be confirmed when your registration form and full payment are received by our office. By signing this form, participant agrees to abide by all Event & Venue rules & regulations, and to hold harmless from any damages or injuries Ride The West and it's affiliates, Mitch & JoLinn Hoover MJ Rising H Ranch, and FAB Ventures and Quarterhorse Ranch and to accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by them or their horses. Horses must be sound, healthy and current on vaccinations. Confirmations with clinic details will be sent after we receive your registration & fees. Show management has the sole right to dispute & settle any and all issues arising from any consequences not discussed in this document, show contracts or forms, and the determination by Ride The West Horse & Ranch Expo wil be final and binding.
